2. Why there are lower prices in non-EU Countries?

In order to buy a product from a Country outside of European Union you have to pay a lot of hidden expenses.

1. First of all you have to pay transport costs which in some cases are very expensive depending on the product weight and dimensions. If transport costs are cheap it means that you have to wait for more than 1month to receive your order.
2. Secondly, the currency exchange rates changes rapidly and usually the cost is much bigger than expected.
3. You have to calculate carefully the custom expenses. Depending on the kind of the product, you have to pay up to 14% of product price for customs. 
4. You have to pay custom clearer expenses. Usually you have to pay extra 40€ up to 80€ for these expenses.
5.  You have to pay VAT. For Greece 23%.

Example: If you want to buy a lens from USA that costs 500$ and you leave in Greece you will finally pay: 500 x 0.(currency rate) = 450€ + 14%(customs) = 513€ + 30€(transport costs for 1-month delivery) = 543euro + 40€(custom clearer expenses) = 583€ +24%(VAT) = 722.92€  this is what you finally pay.

If you buy a product outside of European Union and you don't pay all of the above expenses it is illegal! Either the shop have given you a fake invoice to avoid paying customs or it has been done a serious mistake. It is illegal and you have to report it immediatelly! 

When you are buying products from non-EU shops, be aware that you will not have European Warranty for the products you are buying. This means that in case of a problematic product in the warranty period, you will have to pay transport costs to send it for repair and customs in order to get it back. This procedure might take more than a month. The same thing happens for EU shops that are buying their products from non-EU countries. Contrary, European Warranties support you in 1 week time without charging you any transport costs.

3. Why there are different prices in Greece and Europe?

You have to be careful where you buy your products from and always ask for warranty and support policy.

1. Many shops in EU and Greece don't give official manufacturer warranty because their suppliers are out of the European Union (in some cases from Hong Kong or China). This means that they will not be able to support you in case of a problematic product in the warranty period.
2. Some shops give less warranty period.
3. Some products might be demo, used or damaged. You have to be very careful and check the product before purchase. Many customers have bought faulty products and they couldn't return them back because there was no return policy.
4. In many shops there is no experience and support . In most cases they are not able to make demonstration and give you after sales support for the products they are selling you.

BLK gives official manufacturer warranty for all the products is selling to the market. All our products have European Warranty because we are official resellers of all the brands we sell. We are able to make demonstration to our customers for our products and give them the best suitable solutions for any kind of accessories. After Sales support is very important for our Company. If you have a problematic product in the warranty period we can give you another similar product instead, if there is availability, out of charge, until you receive back yours. Usually manufacturers give a solution to your problem within 1 week.

4. Can i use my forwarder-courier for my orders?

While we understand that some customers may prefer to use their own shipping forwarder, we must emphasize that any damages incurred during transportation will be the sole responsibility of the customer in such cases. Also be aware that the booking for the pick-up should be done by you after payment is cleared.

5. When can i cancel an order?

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, and any deposits made are non-refundable. We kindly ask our customers to carefully review their selections and ensure their satisfaction with the chosen products and services before finalizing the purchase.
