SmallRig "Black Mamba" Cage Kit for Canon EOS R6 Mark II 6652 is designed to enhance handheld operation, improve portability, and support accessory expansion. The comprehensive kit includes a camera cage, an HDMI & USB-C cable clamp, and the signature "Black Mamba" top handle, all embodying the sleek and aggressive Black Mamba design language that merges aesthetics with practical functionality for photographers.
The ergonomic top handle provides a comfortable grip, making low-angle shooting and easy carrying effortless. The cage features multiple mounting points, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, a cold shoe mount, an Arca-compatible interface, a QD socket, and strap slots. These versatile options allow users to attach monitors, microphones, tripods, follow focus systems, handles, and other accessories, supporting a wide range of video creation needs.
For secure attachment, the cage mounts to the camera using a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and dual side locating blocks, ensuring anti-twist stability. The bottom Arca-Swiss compatible quick release interface allows for direct mounting onto Arca-type tripods (ID 4353, 4060) and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, and RS 4 Pro gimbals, facilitating rapid transitions between handheld, tripod, and gimbal setups.
The ergonomic Black Mamba top handle is lined with silicone for anti-slip security and cold-weather comfort, ensuring a reliable grip during extended handheld shooting sessions. Additionally, the included HDMI & USB-C cable clamp features a thumbscrew for quick fastening and assembly, preventing accidental disconnections and ensuring reliable data transmission throughout your shoot.
Note:
1. Remove the side locating blocks on both sides of the cage before mounting.
2. Not compatible with the DJI RS 4 Mini original quick release plate.
3. The Cage in this product is compatible with the Canon EOS R6 Mark II and Canon EOS R6 Mark III, but the cable clamp is only compatible with the Canon R6 Mark II. If you need a cable clamp when using the Canon EOS R6 Mark III, it is recommended to purchase the Cage Kit 5960.
